Facilitator Noel Davidson will teach craft businesses on-line sales techniques. In this seminar you will learn how to:

• build web presence,
• present your products,
• manage payment options,
• stand out from the crowd,
• run promotions and
• build a following of loyal customers.

You will need to bring:-

• a wi-fi enabled laptop (free wi-fi is available at the venue) and power cable
• digital photographs of your product (on your laptop),
• pricelist and
• 25 word descriptions of your products

so that during this practical hands-on workshop you can learn how to build your on-line presence using your own materials.
